AFFT has been working on a new AFFT Client access system.

We are very close to releasing the new system and it has finaly been given a name and it will be called TranPortal.
The new TranPortal will be your complete access to all of AFFT backend services see a list of them below.

Today we released our next stage of the live document upload from within the Live Booking area now you are able to upload up 10 documents and images on any one job.

You can upload either pdf, doc, jpg, png, gif or tiff images and documents with you live bookings.

Today we are in the final stages of testing a major update to our Online Live Booking system below you will find a list of the improvements to the system and the new features.

1. Compulsory fields are now required in Items, Weight, Service code & Reference areas.

2. Restricted Access is now in place if you have book marked the link directly to the Live Booking page this link will no longer allow you to use this, you must now go through the main AFFT website to gain access to this service and also the new services that we are working in the near future.

3. Booking Audit is logged on all jobs booked either online or over the phone, any changes made to the job booking by someone is logged and can be used to find out who and what was changed at any stage of the job and beyond.

4. Overseas Destination has been moved from its old position and replaced with a dedicated field within the job booking screen.

5. Job Booking Time and Date logging has now been completed and all job either over the phone or via the web are now logged by our system for back checking for errors and also checking on KPI reports.

6. Capitalization of letters within the Live Booking system has always been a problem and to resolve this issue we have allowed you to either type in upper or lower case and when the job is booked the system will change the whole booking to upper case letters.

7. Document Upload is a brand new feature that we have been working on for some time now and this new feature will allow you to upload a PDF document with your job booking so we can then print out the documents and allow for faster improvements of work flow.
